By exploring a city with bewitching dreamlike characteristics, I am composing a documentary-style photographic series that, paradoxically, allows me to observe the very birth of desire.
By creating nocturnal landscapes that strike a strange balance between appearance and disappearance, with compositions that disrupt our perception of space and time, I cross the tenuous boundary between the natural landscape and the mental landscape, between reality and phantasmagoria.
Taken together, these images echo the singular dreamlike landscape that comes alive in me at night in this city.
